Tanaza S.p.A. sta ricercando un candidato da inserire in ambito Inbound & Content Marketing presso la propria sede di Milano (Garibaldi).

ATTIVITÀ

• Gestione dei processi di marketing digitale inbound di Tanaza (utilizzo piattaforma di marketing automation Hubspot e di Salesforce.com)
• Attività di Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Coordinamento dell’attività di generazione e gestione lead tramite content marketing (produzione blog, brochures, etc.)

COMPETENZE E ALTRI REQUISITI

• Curiosità e passione per la tecnologia
• Esperienza nella produzione / scrittura di contenuti in inglese per aziende B2B (blog posts, brochures, presentazioni, etc.) a scopo di generazione lead.
• Esperienza nell’uso di Hubspot o di altre piattaforme di Marketing Automation (certificazione apprezzata)
• Conoscenza delle tecniche di SEO, della keyword analysis e delle best practice in ambito SEO
• Conoscenza di Google Analytics ed esperienza nell’uso diretto (non tramite agenzia) di piattaforme di advertising (Adwords, Facebook Business Manager)
• La conoscenza di altre lingue oltre a inglese e italiano è un requisito preferenziale.

È richiesta la conoscenza dell’inglese a livello C1 (preferibilmente con certificazione).

JOB SUMMARY

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work on creating customer value for small and mid-sized enterprises through our cloud-managed software. This will be done by developing long-term positive relationships with prospects and existing customers in a profitable way.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Team Manager and you will have the chance to progress your own career and gain international exposure. The path will include working with a variety of prospects, from small business owners to C-Level executives, in multiple sectors.

The person we are looking for will have effective analytical skills and will be able to move fast, be bold, and to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment; also, we’re looking for people who engage and empathize with prospects during calls and show effective communication skills.

At Tanaza, your role will be to:

• Develop relationships with new companies by working on leads recruited by marketing, while actively prospecting;
• Successfully build and progress pipeline by engaging existing customers and new prospects over the phone, including cold calling, and move deals through the sales cycle;
• Work towards strategic goals while prioritizing an outstanding experience for customers and prospects; provide guidance and solutions to customers’ businesses and technical issues, by exploring and understanding their (sometimes) complex requirements;
• Expertly demonstrate Tanaza’s technology though call conferencing tools and live demonstrations; consistently attain and exceed individual quota for new and existing business.

REQUIREMENTS

• C1 level in Spanish and Italian both spoken and written is mandatory (certifications appreciated);
• Proficient in English;
• Minimum of (2) years of B2B Inside Sales experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced and challenging environment (experience in software or technology sales is a plus);
• Have a strong background in running high volume of inbound / outbound sales calls, with consistent record of achieving and overachieving sales quota;
• Salesforce or other CRM knowledge is an advantage;

TECH REQUIREMENTS

Do you have more than two years experience as a Full-stack Javascript Developer, or in a similar role? Excellent skills in Javascript development? Then, this role suits you!

We want to meet you if you have:

• • 2+ years of working experience
  • Solid skills with Javascript Development (Vanilla, ES6, Node.js, Electron framework)
  • Familiar with Webpack / Rollup
  • Ability to master HTML & CSS 3
  • Experience with Front-End Frameworks (React is mandatory; Angular or Vuejs would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of BDD/TDD testing libraries such as mocha, jasmine and mocking of object and services
  • GIT (which is a mandatory requirement)
  • Knowledge of Networking & Wi-Fi (preferred)
  • Knowledge of PostsgreSQL

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Having committed on Open Source projects is a big plus
• BD/MD (3 or 5 years) in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering is a plus
• Providing a great portfolio of projects is a big plus
